I've been so busy loosing my breath over After School, I almost forgot about Super Junior..

(Shame on you AnneJ for calling yourself an ELF)

So, when the news of the comeback starts circulating, I've started to feels the fever..Exhilarating!

Here's the 1st teaser, Suju dancing machine, Eunhyuk (no no, he's a human, alright not literally a machine..haha)..

I'm here not to be among the first to announce to the world the release of the teaser because obviously I'm way left behind..

(I blame you, the slow internet!)

I'm here to give my comments..

The concept: Sexy, free & single

The exact words to describe this picture is...."this is mind-boggling"

I don't how to describe it..

He looks so carefree..

And he has long hair! I repeat, long hair!!

The 70s inpired hairstyle..even the outfits exuded a 70s inpired aura..

Shaggy and long..

Eunhyuk always has short hairstyle..

Only the chosen color is quite mind boggling..

Now, it's vice versa..

Normal color, mind-boggling hairstyle..

He even wears flowered eyemask, or eyeband or maybe a headband wears as an eye accessory (whatever you called it)..

Nevertheless, the teaser makes me feel so calm..The picture emanates softness and calmness..

Since it's so mind-boggling, I can't wait for rest of the members' teaser and the comeback!!

And please, no more semi-nude Siwon no matter how solid, drools-dripping and drools-worthy his body is...

I even need sometimes to adjust my ears to this song.

It's an acquired taste..

But it is not a bad song..It's just a normal song..

She nailed it better.

I don't know how to properly describe a song..

Lots of things to learn..

It's not really the greatest song of AS.

The Music Video

Now here's the upside of everything. The MV is balancing back (no no, make it overbalancing) the songs. Making it such a one superb comeback..

This MV is everything like I have imagined! It is dark and very sexy.

And oh my! That sure one hell powerful dance..and sexy.. (Did I just mention sexy again??)..

But I'm not really sure about the gun scene either..

But Jooyeon certainly looks convincingly full of vengeance with her gun on that guy's head..

Every single one of them is gorgeous and sexy (there you go, sexy again)..

I can't really determined who is the most pretty..

Ok I lied..Of course it's my Jungah-eonni..

I can't peeled my eyes of her..

13 Cool & Sophisticated Habits of AnneJ (haha)

I always think myself as a weirdo.
*Nah, Vee saids these are habits and personalities*
*So let's change this into 13 Cool & Sophisticated Habits of AnneJ*

It is mainly because I did not do things that most of people enjoy doing.

But whenever I pointed it out, people (i.e family, friends) give me a weird look.

As if I just declared myself loving to walk around the mall......NAKED.

Here are the reasons.

1. Flowers

I think flowers are not a symbol of romantic (gasp!). It's a symbol of hard work (gasp!). A nuisance (gasp!). Why? When your partner gives you flowers, he doesn't expect them to be in the bin. No. He expected us to wait (like ages!) for the flowers to wilt and die, then press them nicely and put it in the frame/album and add up to amount of junks we already have in our room. I prefer something that I can fully utilise it. Even a kilometrico pen. Really.

2. NO light, NO sleep

Even my parents knew better than to turn off the light because the very next second, they will find me groggily waking up, turn on the light on again and continue sleeping.

3. Special bonding with my second brother,Nazmi

Through SMS and Facebook, we're like the world bestest pal and no one can beat us. The moment we face other, we become awkward monkeys. Our conversation mainly consist of "hmmm", "ok" and "Can I borrow _______(insert anything)?"

4. Book Obsession

Trust me. It's weird normal (you who did not like books is weird.Hahahaha..ok enough). Other people LIKE reading but I'm not only obsessed with reading but with books too. I keep them in pristine condition, I never buy second hand books (unless it looks like new) and I never borrow. If I do borrow, I'll make sure I buy exact one for myself and re-read it. I never lend my books to the book abuser in fear they might deformed my beautiful babies. Sometimes, I organized them nicely and admires them for a moment. I even took pictures of them. Currently, my mom is the unofficial 'sacred book keeper' for my another ginormous collection back at Penang. She will went ballistic when if she found one of my book is missing.

5. When I eat, I must read

Since this is not a proper table manner, I only limited this during "me alone" time which is basically most of the time (pathetic). Even the pattern is weird normal. Heavy meals = light reading and light meal=heavy reading. If not, I just feels impotent.

6. A nervy-b around people

I'm a social awkward. When I'm alone, I drive perfectly etc. When with people, suddenly I'm a road hazard. A normally quiet me will turn into nonsense-babbling stammering monster when I'm nervous. I hate when people look at me. That's why I love to be alone. No problem. Certain people cringe at the sound of doing things alone. Well, I'm not. But I still enjoy the company of my family and close friends.

7. I despise drama

Girls supposed to love drama (all girly and romantic) but I'm can't. No matter how hard I tried. During schooltime, when others read Ahadiat Akashah works, I read murder novels. Now, when others rave about chic lit, I read thrillers. When others obsessed with Gossip Girls and Desperate Housewife, I only watch CSI and The Big Bang Theory. As for korean drama, truth to be told, I only watched the funny parts and fast-forwarded the cheesy part..

8. I will never understand fashion

Why can't we dress up comfortably? Why must follow trends that change every months? Why must suffer other people dirty looks when we put on an outdated outfit and even mismatched them? I can't even create my own simple look. I dress whatever and however I like.

9. I get my vengeance through imagination

I'm not used to loud outburst. When I'm angry, I just imagine I'm scratching (or any violence that my brain can come up with) that person and I'm satisfied already. My friends told me I have amazing ability to control anger. Well, here my secret. Scratching!

10. Repetitive Eating Pattern

When I love one particular food/drinks, I will obsessively eat/drink them every single day until I'm sick of them. The moment I found new interest, the cycle starts again. My friends shake their head at this habit. ;p

11. Toss, Turn & Fidget

I can never sit or sleep still. Every morning, I wake up finding all my pillows and blanket on the floor. When I'm reading, I will do hundreds of complicated acrobatic movements i.e legs on the bed, upper body on the foor. If this an Olympic game, I might win a medal.

12. Whistling Men

I hate them. Loathe them. Everytime they whistle, my anger bubbling up (near to Hulk but too bad I'm not exposed to gamma ray). I feels like scratching, biting and ripping their eyes and teeth out. I can't understand why women can still smile flirtatously at these men.

13. Karaoke

MOST of the people I know (even the most brightest PhD candidates) love karaoke. They swears that singing can let them unwind their stresses. This, however does not have similar effect to me. When I hold a mike, I become much more stressful than before. I rather read books.

Well, do you guys think that I weird pretty?

Waiting Impatiently for After School Comeback

Yippeeeee!!!!

Finally!!

I've been scouring the internet for new songs but most of them doesn't impressed me at all..

So when the news came out...I went (of course!) ballistic!

1 thumb down though,

AS will never be the same again without Kahi as she's my 2nd bias..

She emanates the powerful woman aura that I've always adore..

But still, once a Playgirlz, always a Playgirlz..

(unless Jungah also decides to graduate..I might change my mind..*evil laugh* ok ok ok..I'm kidding!)

I don't care who will become the leader..

Who who will become the main dancer..

I just want to see my favourite girls on stage...

I think most of the Playgirlz/Boyz will agree to this..

All About Skincare and Makeup

Seriously...My blog has been collecting 'dust' recently...

I have absolute zero ideas on what to write...

But I never failed to keep my blog reading up-to-date...

So when I was browsing one of my favourite blog : beautyholicsanonymous...

I stumbled upon this amazing questionnaire posted on her blog...

And I decided to do the same...

And owh, upon reading her answers, I feel soooo small...

Under-equipped to be precise...

*and thought I knew a lot..darn toodles!*

SKINCARE

1. How many times do you wash your face daily?
Twice daily~

2. What skin type do you have?
Oily skin... I don't need highlighter to achieve that overdose oh-so-radiance effect..ahaha..haha..ok enough..and oh! I have sensitive skin

3. What is your current facial wash?
The Face Shop Arsainte Eco-Therapy Multi-care Cleansing Foam...environment-friendly.

4. Do you exfoliate?
Yerp..Or I will ended up in dullsville... 

5. What brand do you use?I use The Face Shop Peeling Day White Jewel. Not really good. Can't wait to finish up this tube of mine so that I can have the excuse to buy a new one.  

6. What moisturizer do you use?
The Face Shop Arsainte Eco-Therapy Crystal Water Super Gel. Testing the new launch products from The Face Shop. So far I'm quite happy with it. Environment-friendly, oil-free, cooling and non sticky.

7. Do you have freckles?
Thank God no.

8. Do you use eye cream?
Err...when I remember to actually use them???

9. Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
Occasionally. Mostly due to unsuitable products.

10. Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
Come again?? hehe..

MAKEUP

11. What foundation do you use?
I don't use foundation. Instead, I use The Face Shop Waterproof BB Cream. The only one that can withstand my oily skin without me looking like a wash out zombie by the end of the day. Long lasting and no zits! (thank God)

12. How about concealer?
I rarely used concealer. Or maybe because I didn't found the right one yet? All the concealers I've tried tend to have cakey effect after a few hours.

13. Do you know your undertone color?
Yellow! :P

14. What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I adore them! They make your eyes look bigger and rounder. But I only use them for special occasions.

15. Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Ahhhh...no??

16. What brand of mascara do you use?
Shame on me. I loathed mascara. I opted for fake lashes instead. :(

17. Sephora or MAC?
Ermmm..never been to or use both. Kinda pricey to a lowly grad student like me. Maybe one day when I'm a high-power researcher. *ok perasan!*

18. What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
For BB cream, I prefer to use my magic tools.. My fingers of course! They're warm enough to make the application easier especially for a novice like me. The rest especially eye shadows, I rely on brushes instead because I'm clumsy..

19. Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Yes, I have excessive oily eyelids.

20. For the face?
Never. I think my BB cream is enough.

21. What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
Blue. But I never managed to pull that look. :(

22. Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
Definitely liquid. Again...I have oily eyelids. Any pencil eyeliner, waterproof or expensive ones, always always gave me the smudgy just-cried-from-a-sad-movie look.

23. How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Never... This one particular technique I've been practicing 5 years ago..and still learning...

24. What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
Errr...I'm being honest here..They are not the same as the normal eyeshadows?? *innocent eyes*

25. Do you use mineral makeup?
Never. Maybe because they're quite costly. Will give them a try one day.

26. What is your favorite lipstick?
Too many to be named. 

27. How about lipgloss?
I rarely used lipgloss. I like my makeup to be quite long lasting. So I stick to lipbalm, liptint and lipstick.

28. What is your favorite blush to use?
The Body Shop Shimmer Waves 01 Bronze. Gives me a healthy beach glows look.

29. Do you buy your makeup on eBay?
Never. I'm the kind of person who browse and test makeup on my hand first before I make my purchases. 

30. Do you like drugstore makeup?
Yes! I do use Maybelline & Loreal... They're the gems for us students.

31. Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
Yes but I don't have the time...

32. Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
Yes especially applying eyeshadows. I always ended up looking like a panda or zombie. :(

33. Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Ahhh...I'm a novice myself. I'm alone might commits thousand of makeup crimes. ;p 

34. Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick, eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
I'll always opt for neutral shades. Nothing too radical.

35. Which celebrity always has great make up?
Korean celebrities!! I always adore their barely-there makeup. 

36. If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item, what would you use?
Liquid eyeliner. I have big eyes. So why don't I accentuate them in a first place??

37. Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
Hardly. I'm recovering from a skin disaster last year. Going out bare-faced might give some of my friends (and me!) a shock of a lifetime or nightmares. And this lowered my confidence.

38. Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
Sometimes. When I'm alone *perasan sorang-sorang tengok cermin*...But I'm still not confident going out nude. Ermmm..face ok..not body...

39. In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
Still early conclude. But right now I'm loving Benefit cosmetics.

40. What do you think of Makeup?
Necessary without overdoing it. :)

My Best Friend Wedding: Wahida Biased~

Alas~My best friend since high school is already someone's wife..

Time does fly really fast..

We've been friend since primary school but starting to get close at the age of 16...

And the friendship blossom when we started working together at McD..

Then entered matriculation together at Kolej MARA Kulim..

One of the memorable deeds of hers is staying beside me 24/7 when I'm just recovered from chicken pox...

That time, I still have my scars...

Even though the doctor said it was safe for my friends to be near me, but people still avoided me like plague there..

And there she was, next to me,looking cool as ever..

Not afraid to be near me even though it was final exam time..

When I asked her "Tak takot ke kena jangkit?"

Her answer is "kalau dah nak kena, redha jela"

And I love her even more since that moment..

And not to mention every little details, happiness and tears we shared throughout our friendship...
There is no replacement for you Wahida...
